Gibson F5G Custom Mandolin – Red Spruce – Wide Nut

The F-5G is a Modern Collection version of Gibson’s iconic F-5 design. Tuned to the needs of modern mandolin players, its player-friendly specs include an unbound ebony fingerboard,a 14-degree fingerboard radius, no pickguard, and a short finger board extension. The neck and body are made from figured red maple and this custom is built with an Adirondack Spruce top. The F-5G features refreshed specifications, contours, and construction for optimal acoustic response. Finished in Tobacco Burst gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, a hardshell case is included.
