58 Martin D18 guitar – neck set was done several years ago at Martin and is still good.  Low action / lots of saddle.  Email for more pics

Neck set performed by Martin some years ago as well as an outside pick guard crack repaired at that time (barely noticeable) and at that time the top was over sprayed – so we were told by the owner.   The original tuners have been replaced with the correct replacement Kluson tuners.   there is some normal finishing checking on the guitar.  There is also a finish crack on the center seam on the back.  Newer hard shell case included

This is a great sounding guitar at a very reasonable price
