1940 Martin 0-18 Guitar

This 1940 0-18 has seen a lot of work done over the years.   New bridge plate, new bridge, fresh neck set.   Neck heal repair from the reset.  Top binding replaced with ivoroid not tortoise.    Comes in a new hard case.   It appears to us that the neck was put on 1/8” off center when it was reset and the bridge 1/16” off to one side.  I think this was done to lesson the illusion that things were crooked due to the grain the top not be straight but angled running outward toward the bass as you go from the lower bout to the upper bout.   It does not affect intonation or playability.  It plays like butter and is light as a feather.  This is a chance to own a pre war Martin without spending a fortune
